First phase applications has been done by the countries who are willing to contribute to the competition by date of 30 April 2008. Please note that; any teams/federations/countries who are delayed for the first application (ANNEX-1) on time that is 30 April 2008 MIGHT BE IN A SITUATION to book his own place of stay, transfers and all other duties since the high season starts early April in the region and we may not offer place to stay in case of delay. The Opening Ceremony will be held at 30 August 2008. The busses will be available at the main gate of the hotel. The final schedule for the Opening Ceremony will be announced later on. |
